How it helps: Essential fatty acids (oleic/linoleic + GLA from evening primrose) reinforce the stratum corneum and reduce TEWL, improving texture and comfort. Macadamia’s palmitoleic acid supports suppleness; olive + avocado add nourishing unsaponifiable; tocopherol (vit E) provides antioxidant defence. Light essential oils offer an aromatic boost—patch test if sensitive and note citrus oils can be photosensitising (use SPF if worn by day).
